Continental-National Services Corp. is a specialized F&I development, consulting and insurance brokerage firm that focuses on serving automobile dealerships.

Continental-National provides finance and insurance (F&I) products and services for their dealer clients and manages the relationship between the dealer and its insurance underwriters and administrators. These insurance underwriters rank among the largest insurance companies in North America, whose assets are in the billions.

Continental-National provides its dealer clients with independent analysis, advice and transactional capabilities in the fields of risk control and insurance services. Services provided to clients include insurance brokering and risk transfer activities, risk analysis, coverage requirements, self-insurance and alternative insurance and risk financing methods.

In addition to F&I products and services, Continental-National promotes a “Compliance Culture” in its dealership clients through its in-house legal department. Continental-National provides on-site legal training and risk assessment with respect to such issues as deceptive trade practices, regulatory compliance, and ethics. Through its partnership with the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals (“AFIP”), Continental-National provides the training to help dealership personnel qualify for the Certified F&I Professional designation. AFIP is the only nationally-recognized certification and testing program, and is endorsed by the National Automobile Dealers Association.
