Joseph Heisler is Assistant Vice President of ABN AMRO/Standard Financial Services at its Troy, Michigan office. He assumed this position in January 2002. At SFS, Mr. Heisler is responsible for the management of the North Region’s sales of financial services and products, its personnel and operations. The north region generated financial service and product sales in excess of $250,000,000.00 in 2003. Prior to being promoted to the Vice President, Regional Manager’s position, Mr. Heisler was a Financial Consultant with Independence One Investment Group (IOIG), a subsidiary of Michigan National Bank, where he was responsible for financial advisory services that catered to its high net worth individual clientele. MNB was acquired by ABN AMRO North America Inc. on January 1, 2001 and IOIG was merged with SFS at the end of 2001. Mr. Heisler had joined IOIG in early 1998.

From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Heisler was a Financial Planner with Aetna Financial Services Inc. Before this he was a Vice President of Institutional Sales with MGSI, a fixed income securities firm in Houston, Texas during the early 1990’s. In addition to the above, Mr. Heisler has also served as the Secondary Marketing Director for Columbia Savings and Loan in Houston from 1985-1990, worked as Vice President in charge of commercial loan production for Pool Mortgage Company, Oklahoma City, Ok., 1982-1995, and served as Commercial Mortgage Loan Officer with Realbanc Inc, a subsidiary of the Omaha National Bank from 1979-1982.

Mr. Heisler holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and was also certified in Real Estate Finance and Land Use Economics by UNO in 1979. He further earned his Personal Financial Planning Certification from Oakland University, Rochester Hills, Michigan in 1997.

In addition to being a director of Continental-National Group, Mr. Heisler serves as a volunteer and fundraiser with various local charities and public service organizations.

Mark S. Krejci serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Continental-National Services Corp., where he has been President and CEO since April 1993. Mr. Krejci was President and COO of Michael Dodds Insurance Services, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska, a regional specialized insurance broker serving automobile dealerships.

In addition to his duties as President, Mr. Krejci also served as Vice-President of Michael Dodds Financial Services, Inc., a merchant bank, and was Vice-President and a Board Member of Dodds Group, Ltd., the holding company. He was with Dodds Group from 1983 to 1993.

Before his tenure with Dodds Group, Mr. Krejci was Director of Dealer Services for Frank B. Hall Underwriters, a wholly owned subsidiary of Frank B. Hall of New York, New York, an international insurance broker, risk management and insurance holding company.

Mr. Krejci received his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Nebraska in Omaha and pursued his graduate work at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.

Gerald Tomka is First Vice President of Commercial Federal Bank in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Tomka has had over 23 years of commercial banking experience, focusing primarily on lending and cash management. In addition to his position as First Vice President, Mr. Tomka serves as Nebraska State Commercial Manager responsible for all commercial lending in that state, encompassing commercial operating, residential construction, multi-family real estate and commercial real estate. Mr. Tomka has served on the Community Board of the Durham Western Heritage Museum for the last ten years, and is also a current member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Respite Care Center.
